The session
You walk out with a link.
You arrive with a laptop. Azaan puts a problem statement on the table and the room picks one. Then you build, for three hours and thirty-three minutes, next to ten people doing the same thing.
There are no talks. Nobody presents slides. Azaan builds alongside you, looks over shoulders, and pushes you past the point where you'd usually stop and polish.
Before you leave, you ship. Whatever you made goes live, and you send the link to the group.
Most people spend three hours a week describing what they'd build. This is three hours spent building it, in front of the one person in Bengaluru who turns that into an invitation.

The filter
This is how people get into The Hub.
Azaan doesn't read applications. He watches people build. Every Residency and co-build at The Hub starts with him seeing someone work up close, and Build School is where that happens.
For 3 hours and 33 minutes, he sees how you pick problems, how you handle being stuck, and what you're like at hour three. Some people in the room will get a message from him afterward. That message is the point of the ticket.

Who runs it
Azaan runs every Build School himself. 11 people max, because he's choosing, not teaching.
Azaan Sait runs The Hub Bengaluru, where builders work on residencies and co-builds shipped out of the room. He picks who joins by watching them build. Build School is where he watches.

Before you buy.
Once the 11th ticket sells, Azaan messages the group with the date. He sets the time; there is no fixed schedule.
